3. HAVE A SKIN ROUTINE AND USE COLD WATER

5. A WALK IN THE SUN
Having a bad day? The best way for your body to wake up, feel more refreshed, and at least get moving is to get some vitamin D. You’ll feel better when you walk in the sun especially when you aren’t feeling well, it’s tough to get 100 percent.
6. STAY INFORMED BUT DON’T GET STUCK WITH THE NEWS
According to a study by the APA, 54 percent of Americans want to keep up with the news, but they hate how stressful it can be. Keeping up with the news is important in today’s society, but the key to not letting it consume you is to take it all with a grain of salt.
You should understand and read the news, and you should do what you can to help, but for the rest of the day you should step away from the situation. Maintaining an informed life is possible without letting it get in the way.

7. YOGA
You can learn to relax by practicing yoga. The benefits of yoga include increased flexibility, endurance, strength, and mobility. Yoga is the best way to benefit both your body and mind by releasing endorphins that alleviate your mood.
When you practice yoga, you need to move into different poses and use proper breathing techniques to stretch as much as possible. You can improve your ability to calm down when you need to by practicing Yoga.
8. You can release a lot of energy when you journal your daily adventures, whether you stayed at home or went to work. When you’re going through a tough time, journaling can also help you vent.
